By accessing, browsing, or using the Onelingy website located at onelingy.com ("the Service," "the Platform," or "Onelingy"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and all applicable laws and regulations. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Onelingy ("we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the Service and must discontinue use immediately. Your continued use of Onelingy after any modifications to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and anyone else who accesses or uses the Service in any capacity, including but not limited to free users, premium subscribers, and trial users.

Onelingy is an AI-assisted, immersive language learning platform designed to help users learn new languages through structured typing-based exercises, curated story libraries, and audio pronunciation tools. The Service provides: • A library of graded reading and typing stories across multiple difficulty levels (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced). • Real-time typing practice with character-level feedback, accuracy tracking, and Words Per Minute (WPM) measurement. • Text-to-speech (TTS) audio playback powered by the Web Speech API and cloud-based voice synthesis. • Multi-language support covering over 26 languages, allowing users to learn in their preferred native language. • Vocabulary and comprehension tools including translations, definitions, and contextual language exposure. • Gamification elements such as the Match Madness vocabulary game, XP points, daily streaks, and leaderboards. • User profile management, progress tracking, and performance statistics over time. • A freemium access model where basic content is available to all users and advanced content requires a premium subscription. The Service is accessible via web browsers on desktop and mobile devices. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice.

To use Onelingy, you must be at least 13 years of age. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use the Service. By using Onelingy, you represent and warrant that you meet these age requirements. Account creation is required to access personalized features, track progress, and unlock premium content. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your password or Google OAuth token. You agree not to: (a) create an account using false or misleading information; (b) create multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing free trials or refund policies; (c) share your account credentials with any other person; (d) transfer your account to another person without our written consent; (e) use automated tools or scripts to create accounts or access the Service. Onelingy reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that the account has violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise unauthorized activity.

Onelingy offers two tiers of access: FREE TIER: All users, whether registered or not, may access a limited selection of stories, practice tools, and features at no cost. The free tier is provided as-is, subject to availability, and may be modified at any time. PREMIUM SUBSCRIPTION: A paid monthly subscription unlocks the full story library, all voice options, advanced statistics, and all current and future premium features. The subscription is billed on a recurring monthly basis through our payment processor, Gumroad. By subscribing, you authorize us (through Gumroad) to charge your selected payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel. Pricing is clearly displayed at onelingy.com/pricing at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing cycle and will apply from the next renewal date. If you do not agree to a price change, you must cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect. We may offer promotional pricing, trial periods, or discount codes from time to time. These are subject to their own specific terms and conditions and cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

All payments for Onelingy premium subscriptions are processed exclusively through Gumroad, a third-party payment processor. By initiating a subscription, you authorize Gumroad to charge your payment method for the applicable subscription fee on a recurring monthly basis. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date. Renewal charges will be made to the same payment method used for the original purchase. It is your responsibility to ensure that your payment method remains valid and has sufficient funds. If a payment fails due to an expired card, insufficient funds, or any other reason, your premium access may be suspended until payment is successfully processed. We may attempt to retry failed payments and will notify you via the email address associated with your account. You are responsible for any applicable taxes in your jurisdiction. Prices displayed on Onelingy may or may not include taxes depending on your location and applicable law. Gumroad may charge applicable sales tax, VAT, or GST based on your billing address. All billing disputes must be raised directly with Gumroad in the first instance, as they are the merchant of record for all Onelingy transactions. You may cancel your Onelingy premium subscription at any time. To cancel, access your Gumroad account settings where your subscription was purchased, or email us at support@onelingy.com for cancellation assistance. Upon cancellation, your premium access will remain active until the end of the current billing period for which you have already paid. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period, except as provided in our Refund Policy for first-time subscribers within 7 days of initial purchase. After cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period: (a) your account will be downgraded to the free tier; (b) access to premium stories and features will be removed; (c) your learning data, progress, and statistics will be retained in your account and will become accessible again if you resubscribe. Cancellation does not delete your account. If you wish to delete your account entirely, contact support@onelingy.com with your request. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

We stand behind the quality of Onelingy and offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. If you are not satisfied with your premium subscription for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your initial subscription payment. To request a refund, email support@onelingy.com with your account email address and Gumroad order reference number within the 7-day window. We will process your refund request promptly and instruct Gumroad to issue the refund. Refunds are returned to your original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your bank or card statement. Refunds are not available for: (a) renewal charges after the initial subscription period; (b) subscriptions that have been previously refunded; (c) accounts found to be in violation of these Terms; (d) requests made after the 7-day refund window has expired. We process all refund requests in good faith and aim to resolve any dissatisfaction. By using Onelingy, you agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You are strictly prohibited from: • Using the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation. • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, its servers, or any systems connected to the Service. • Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or otherwise attempting to derive the source code of any part of the Service. • Scraping, crawling, or systematically downloading content from the Service using automated tools, bots, or scripts. • Uploading, transmitting, or distributing any malware, viruses, or other harmful code. • Impersonating any person or entity or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity. • Engaging in any activity that disrupts, degrades, or interferes with the operation of the Service or the experience of other users. • Creating multiple accounts to circumvent subscription restrictions, abuse refund policies, or exploit free tier limitations. • Reproducing, duplicating, copying, selling, reselling, or exploiting any portion of the Service or its content for commercial purposes without our written permission. • Circumventing or attempting to circumvent any access control, paywall, or authentication mechanism in the Service. Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, legal action, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable.

All content, materials, and features available on Onelingy, including but not limited to stories, text, translations, audio, graphics, logos, icons, images, software code, and the overall design and layout of the Service, are the exclusive intellectual property of Onelingy or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service solely for your personal, non-commercial language learning purposes. This license does not include the right to: (a) reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Service; (b) create derivative works based on the Service or its content; (c) use any data mining, scraping, or similar data gathering methods; (d) download any story content for offline distribution or republication. The Onelingy name, logo, and associated branding are trademarks of Onelingy. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written consent. If you believe that any content on Onelingy infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us at support@onelingy.com with a detailed description of the alleged infringement so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

Onelingy integrates with and may link to third-party services, including but not limited to: • Google OAuth for authentication (subject to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy). • Gumroad for payment processing (subject to Gumroad's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy). • Web Speech API and Google Translate TTS for text-to-speech audio. • FlagCDN for country flag images. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or conduct of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and policies, which we encourage you to review. We do not endorse any third-party services and are not liable for any damage or loss arising from your use of them. Links to external websites on Onelingy are provided for convenience only and do not constitute an endorsement of the linked website or its content. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, accuracy, or availability of external websites.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ONELINGY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: • IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. • WARRANTIES THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE FROM VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. • WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, RELIABILITY, OR TIMELINESS OF ANY CONTENT, TRANSLATIONS, OR INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICE. • WARRANTIES THAT ANY ERRORS IN THE SERVICE WILL BE CORRECTED. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your specific requirements or expectations. Language learning outcomes depend on individual effort, consistency, and aptitude, and we make no guarantees regarding learning speed or proficiency levels achieved through use of Onelingy.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ONELINGY, ITS OWNERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: • LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES. • COSTS OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE PRODUCTS OR SERVICES. • UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR DATA OR TRANSMISSIONS. • STATEMENTS OR CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE. • ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE SERVICE. In jurisdictions where limitations of liability are not permitted, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In any case, our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to your use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to Onelingy in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Onelingy and its affiliates, licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers, and directors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: • Your violation of these Terms of Service. • Your use of the Service in any manner not expressly authorized by these Terms. • Your violation of any third-party rights, including but not limited to intellectual property rights or privacy rights. • Any content you submit, post, or transmit through the Service. • Your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or governmental order. Your learning data, progress statistics, and preferences are stored locally in your browser's localStorage and are not transmitted to our servers unless you create an account. Account-related data is stored securely and is never sold to third parties.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to binding arbitration conducted in English. Before initiating any formal dispute resolution, you agree to first contact us at support@onelingy.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will make good-faith efforts to resolve the matter within 30 days. If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration. You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Onelingy at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, including but not limited to situations where: • You have violated any provision of these Terms. • We are required to do so by law or regulatory requirement. • Your conduct creates legal liability or risk for Onelingy or other users. • We decide to discontinue the Service or any part thereof. Upon termination: (a) your right to use the Service immediately ceases; (b) any outstanding payment obligations remain due; (c) provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification) will survive. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@onelingy.com. Termination does not entitle you to a refund unless you are within the 7-day refund window described in our Refund Policy.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we may also notify you via email or a prominent notice on the Service. Your continued use of Onelingy after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must discontinue use of the Service and, if applicable, cancel your subscription before the changes take effect. ENTIRE AGREEMENT: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Onelingy regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings. SEVERABILITY: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. WAIVER: Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. NO ASSIGNMENT: You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights hereunder without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms at any time without notice or consent. FORCE MAJEURE: We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet outages, government actions, or third-party service failures.
