Examples, sources and AI assistance

Worked examples illustrate exercises learners can try. A suggested routine is not evidence that every learner will achieve the same result. Where a guide discusses research, its source is linked near that discussion.

The practice guides on short stories, bilingual stories and a 15-minute routine were developed with AI assistance. AI-assisted text can contain mistakes; readers can report a problem using the contact details below.

Article dates

Blog articles display their publication date. When an article has a recorded revision date, it is displayed separately as an update. Publication dates do not mean that every statement has been independently reviewed.
