Please read this Refund Policy carefully. It explains your rights and options regarding refunds, cancellations, and billing disputes for Onelingy Premium subscriptions.

We are confident you will love Onelingy. If for any reason you are not satisfied within the first 7 days of your initial subscription, we will issue a full refund — no complicated process, no hard feelings.

Simply email support@onelingy.com within 7 days of purchase with your account email and Gumroad order ID, and we will take care of the rest.

Eligibility for a Refund

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee exclusively for first-time Onelingy Premium subscribers. To be eligible for a refund, your request must meet all of the following conditions: • Your refund request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of your initial subscription purchase date. The 7-day period begins on the date and time your payment is confirmed by Gumroad. • The refund request must come from the same email address associated with your Onelingy account and Gumroad purchase. • This must be your first-ever Onelingy Premium subscription. The refund guarantee applies to new subscribers only and cannot be used on any subsequent subscription or re-subscription. • Your account must not be found in violation of our Terms of Service. Accounts engaged in fraudulent activity, abuse of the platform, or Terms violations are not eligible for refunds. • Refund requests received after the 7-day window, regardless of the reason, will not be approved. Refunds are not available for: • Monthly subscription renewals after the initial subscription period. • Partial billing periods (we do not issue prorated refunds for unused days within a billing cycle). • Subscriptions that have already been previously refunded. • Purchases made under promotional pricing where the specific promotion terms exclude refunds. How to Request a Refund

Requesting a refund is straightforward. Please follow these steps: STEP 1 — CONTACT US WITHIN 7 DAYS: Send an email to support@onelingy.com with the subject line: "Refund Request – [Your Email Address]" STEP 2 — INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: • The email address you used to sign up for Onelingy. • Your Gumroad order ID or license key (you can find this in your Gumroad purchase confirmation email). • A brief reason for your refund request (optional but helpful — it helps us improve the Service). STEP 3 — WE CONFIRM & PROCESS: We will acknowledge your refund request within 1 business day and confirm eligibility. Once confirmed, we will initiate the refund through Gumroad. You will receive an email from Gumroad confirming that the refund has been issued. STEP 4 — REFUND ARRIVES: Refunds typically appear on your bank or card statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days to process. Debit card refunds may arrive sooner. Important: After a refund is processed, your Onelingy Premium access will be revoked and your account will be downgraded to the free tier. Your learning data, progress, and profile will be retained unless you request account deletion.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your Onelingy Premium subscription at any time — you are never locked in. Cancellation stops future billing but does not immediately end your premium access. HOW TO CANCEL: • Option 1: Log in to your Gumroad account and manage your subscription directly from your Gumroad purchase history. • Option 2: Email us at support@onelingy.com with your account email and we will assist you with cancellation within 1 business day. WHAT HAPPENS AFTER CANCELLATION: • You retain premium access for the remainder of your current paid billing period. For example, if you cancel on Day 10 of a monthly subscription, you will continue to have premium access until Day 30. • No further charges will be made to your payment method after the current billing period ends. • At the end of the billing period, your account automatically reverts to the free tier. • Your account data, learning progress, and statistics are preserved. If you resubscribe later, your history will be waiting for you. • Cancellation is permanent for the current subscription. To regain premium access, you would need to start a new subscription at the then-current price. CANCELLATION DEADLINE: To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date. We cannot reverse charges that have already been processed at the start of a new billing cycle.

Renewal Charges & Preventing Unwanted Renewals

Onelingy Premium is a recurring monthly subscription. By subscribing, you authorize Gumroad to automatically charge your payment method every month on your renewal date until you cancel. To avoid renewal charges, you must cancel your subscription before the renewal date. We recommend cancelling at least 24–48 hours before the renewal to ensure the cancellation is fully processed. We will send a reminder email to your account email address approximately 3 days before your renewal date. It is your responsibility to ensure your account email is current and that our emails are not going to your spam folder. If you are charged for a renewal that you did not intend, we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis. While renewal charges are generally non-refundable per our standard policy, we understand that mistakes happen and we will work with you to find a fair resolution. We strongly recommend that you set a calendar reminder for your renewal date when you subscribe, so you can make an informed decision about whether to continue your subscription.

Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us at support@onelingy.com before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank or card provider. Most concerns can be resolved quickly and amicably by contacting our support team directly. If you file a chargeback with your payment provider without first contacting us, we reserve the right to: • Immediately suspend or permanently terminate your Onelingy account. • Dispute the chargeback with evidence of service delivery and your acceptance of these Terms. • Take legal action to recover any disputed amounts plus associated fees in cases of fraudulent chargebacks. Chargebacks are costly for small businesses and are intended for cases of genuine fraud or unauthorized transactions — not as an alternative to the refund process. If you believe there was an unauthorized charge on your account, please contact us immediately at support@onelingy.com and we will investigate and resolve it promptly. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that unusual situations arise. While our standard policy limits refunds to the 7-day window for first-time subscribers, we review requests involving exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis with empathy and fairness. Exceptional circumstances may include but are not limited to: • Unauthorized purchases where someone else used your payment details without your consent (we will investigate and cooperate with your bank in fraud cases). • Significant technical failures on our end that prevented you from accessing the Service during a substantial portion of your subscription period. • Billing errors such as duplicate charges or incorrect amounts. If you believe you have an exceptional circumstance not covered by the standard policy, please email support@onelingy.com with a detailed explanation and any supporting documentation. We will review your request within 3 business days and respond with our decision. We do not guarantee refunds outside the standard 7-day policy, but we are committed to treating every user fairly and resolving genuine issues in good faith.

Refund Processing Times

Once your refund is approved and initiated by Onelingy through Gumroad, the timeline for the funds to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution: CREDIT CARDS: Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days. Some card issuers may take up to 10 business days to reflect the credit on your statement. DEBIT CARDS: Refunds typically appear within 3–7 business days, though processing times vary by bank. PAYPAL: Refunds to PayPal accounts are typically processed within 3–5 business days. INTERNATIONAL TRANSACTIONS: If you made your purchase in a currency different from your card's billing currency, the refunded amount may differ slightly from the original charge due to exchange rate fluctuations. Onelingy is not responsible for currency conversion differences. Please note that refund processing times are determined by Gumroad and your financial institution, not by Onelingy. If your refund has not appeared after 10 business days, first check with your bank, then contact us at support@onelingy.com with your Gumroad order ID and we will follow up with Gumroad on your behalf.

Free Trial & Promotional Offers

From time to time, Onelingy may offer free trials, promotional discounts, or special pricing. The specific terms and conditions for any such offer will be clearly stated at the point of offer and may differ from this standard Refund Policy. FREE TRIALS: If Onelingy offers a free trial, no payment is required during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically converted to a paid subscription at the standard rate. The 7-day money-back guarantee does not apply separately to the paid conversion following a free trial — the trial period itself serves as your opportunity to evaluate the Service. PROMOTIONAL PRICING: Subscriptions purchased at a discounted or promotional rate may have modified refund terms. Any exceptions will be clearly noted at the time of purchase. DISCOUNT CODES: If you used a discount code to purchase your subscription, the refund amount will be equal to the amount you actually paid (not the full undiscounted price). One promotional discount or trial may be used per person. Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of multiple trials or promotions is a violation of our Terms of Service and may result in account termination.

Changes to This Refund Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting the updated policy to onelingy.com/refund with a new "Last updated" date. For material changes to the Refund Policy, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active subscribers via email at least 14 days before the change takes effect. The Refund Policy in effect at the time of your subscription purchase applies to that subscription, unless you agree to the updated terms. For renewals occurring after a policy update, the updated policy applies. We encourage you to review this Refund Policy periodically, especially before subscribing or renewing.
